Allows you to keep several company invoicing data files on the one computerised invoicing system.

A simple process to create new invoicing data files, with also an option for you to copy the product codes from another Probe Invoicing data file on your system.

The "Invoice Entry" screen gives you all the information at your finger tips with the use of drop down list boxes.

Invoice entry has product codes with standard descriptions of up to 255 characters, default unit types and prices that can all be over ridden for any transaction.

GST is automatically calculated for each product on the invoice.

Quotations can be produced and later converted into invoices.

Overdue customer account lists can be merged into Word documents .

Multiple financial years are kept on line. There is no balance forward routine, you just keep adding financial years based on your balance date as they are required.

It is a simple to process to record receipts. Just enter the amount received from each customer as shown below.
